By using illawarraservices.com.au you agree to these Terms. We are a directory that helps you find local businesses and contact them directly — we are not a party to any agreement or work between you and a listed business.

No endorsement; verify before you engage

A listing is not a guarantee of a business’s quality, licensing or insurance. Always check licences (e.g. NSW Fair Trading), insurance and quotes yourself before engaging anyone.

Listings & accuracy

We verify listings (ABN + contact details) but do not warrant all information is complete or current. Report errors and we’ll action reasonable requests.

Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience. Fake, incentivised or misleading reviews are prohibited and may breach Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or dealings with listed businesses. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
